My library director’s charge to me this summer is to investigate and research social networking tools. What I need to find out:
- What social networking tools are available?
- What is involved with their use (i.e. cost, time, benefits, etc.)?
- Do we need to use them and why? What are the library rewards?
- What technical support is needed?
- Who needs to be involved?
